At Mikas Treats, we want you to shop with confidence and be completely happy with your order. Because our treats are 100% natural and handmade, each treat is unique in size, color, and smell. Some variations are normal and part of the charm, so your treats may look slightly different from the pictures.

What to do if there’s a problem:

• If you receive a defective treat, please contact us immediately.

• If we send you the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

We're happy to work with you to make it right. Defective or incorrect items can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds are not available for change of mind.

• Handmade variations are normal and are not considered defects.
